This recipe comes from a great domestic engineer--my sister Emma. It has become one of my favorites!

1 lb cooked chicken (cut as desired)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1-2 cups sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
1 can corn
Combine creams and corn. Layer starting with cream mixture, then tortilla, chicken, cheese. End with tortilla then cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Make sure you spray your pans so it doesn't stick.

Favorite Meat Loaf
This is a recipe that my sister-in-law Stephanie Pyne gave me and I love it! You can even make it in the microwave. Try it; you will love this one!

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 pkg of onion soup mix
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 lbs ground beef

Add 1/2 of the tomato mixture and stir thoroughly. Place meat mixture in loaf pan and cook 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain grease, then pour remaining tomato mixture over the top and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil for first 30 minutes then leave uncovered for 15 minutes and the last 15 minutes.
Microwave recipe: Place meat mixture in glass container. Pour remaining tomato mixture over top meat. Cook uncovered on high 12 to 14 minutes Let stand covered 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Thank you Jenna for the idea!
I want to thank Jenna Steed for inspiring me with this idea. It is hers first! I wanted to put recipes on my other blog and I just couldn't fit them so I just put one. Then I read Jenna's separate blog with recipes and thought, "What a brilliant idea!! So, if I can put down the baby sometime soon, I will be adding some recipes! Stay tuned....
