I probably should have taken a picture of a lot of oreo cookies together but there was one problem. They are so good that I only had one oreo left to take a picture of!!! They were all good. This is one of my favorite cookie recipes. Enjoy!Oreo Cookies
2 pkg deluxe devil's food cake mixes
1 1/2 cups Crisco
4 eggs
Mix cake mixes, Crisco and eggs thoroughly. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Let sit on cookie sheet a few minutes before removing to cooling rack.Cream Cheese Filling
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine or butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Mix thoroughly cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Put frosting on a cookie and then put another cookie on top and press together.
